THIS IS THE SECRET INGREDIENT FOR MAKING MOIST AND TENDER MEAT! Marinade Seasoning is a dry marinade, mildly flavored with garlic, onions and spices. It helps to tenderize meat and keeps meats juicy, even after cooking and long holding times. Perfect for caterers, buffets and steam tables and cold deli "grab and go" prepared meals. Mix Marinade Seasoning with equal parts of vegetable oil and water. Usage: 5-6% by weight. Add to any meat that is cut in chunks or sliced. Marinate 30 min or overnight in refrigerator. Make new marinade mixture daily. "Velvetize" the marinated meats to aid in "speed cooking". Use in conjunction with Crispy Seasoning Batter (354) for fried meat nuggets, like Sweet & Sour Pork or Spicy Orange Chicken.
