A dark brown, very spicy stir-fry sauce with added bits of garlic, herbs and spices. This is extremely tasty in traditional Szechuan dishes and for Spicy Mongolian Beef. Prepare traditional Spicy Szechuan Beef, grilled meats, spicy noodles and stir-fries. Use in hot or cold noodles, rice bowls, and stir-fries, Asian-style ribs and meat dishes. Mongolian Beef with bell peppers, onions and mushrooms taste especially good with this spicy sauce.
